ART & YOGA CENTER
Kundalini Art & Yoga Studio is place for yoga, art and healing. We offer workshops, trainings and on going classes in Kundalini Yoga, Astanga Yoga, and Kripalu Yoga. We are located at at the Union Mill in Peterborough, New Hampshire. The Union Mill is a mixed-use green building next to a waterfall west of downtown at 374 Union Street . The Mill was recently restored with environmentally conscious building materials, a fossil fuel free energy efficient heating system, and a super-insulated shell.
Also in the complex is Nature’s Green Grocer, a store where you can purchase fresh juice and organic food before or after class to enjoy in the garden overlooking the river. For out of town visitors, the Little River Bed and Breakfast is one mile up the river at 184 Union Street.
