Art and Yoga.com

The Center for Peace and Social Justice at Rivier College commissioned the Puzzle Piece as part of their on-going commitment to promote reflection, understanding, and action to effect peace and social justice in their local community. The goal was to facilitate expression and dialogue, in an atmosphere, which respectfully represented diverse points of view. I was joined by collogues Susan Brown, and Jerri Anne Boggis in offering students, faculty, staff and members of the community, puzzle pieces and art materials in a central locations in the Dion Center. After three days the project culminated with a public lecture and experiential workshop constructing a collective expression from the individual pieces.
