Each week you will receive an instructional video containing a Kundaliini Yoga class to resolve your fears and gain strength & joy.
You will also receive a guided healing art activity and inspiring messages related to the weekly theme.
Who Is This Class For?
Anyone interested in using art making and yoga to let go of fear and find more ease and joy in their lives. No prior art making or yoga are required.

Navneet Khalsa is an Artist and a Child and Fammily Therapist working in a counseling practice called Intuition wellness. She has been working with both children and adults who have experienced mental health challenges such as trauma, amnxiety and depression for more than 35 years. Navneet has practiced yoga for more than twenty years. She is a Certified Kundalini yoga teacher at the 500-hour level. She is experienced in using Kundalini Yoga therapeutically to help people to heal from mental health challenges. Navneet combines Kundalini Yoga, art and traditional forms of counseling in her work with young chilkdren, adolescents and adults to find more joy and ease in their daily lives.
Hari Kirin Kaur Kalsa is the author of Art & Yoga: Kundalini Awaklening in Everyday Life and a member of the 3HO Board of Directors. She has been quoted in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and Sprituality & Health magazines as an expert on Yoga and Creativity. She is an artist, Creative Arts Therapist and a Lead Trainer of Kundalini Yoga. She has been a visiting lecturer at boston University, Marlboro College, Hofstra University, Smith College, and Maine College of Art, She trains yoga teachers and Art & Yoga Facilitators around the world.
